CARING IS NOT JUST BEING NICE OR FRIENDLY, IT IS A DEEP EMPATHY WITH THE PERSON WHO IS SITTING IN THE DENTAL CHAIR. WE TRY TO CONNECT WITH EVERY PATIENTS AS IF HE OR SHE WERE OUR ONLY PATIENT.
WE WILL NEVER PUSH THE PATIENT IN ANYWAY WHATSOEVER.
WE ALWAYS INDIVIDUALISE THE TREATMENT TO THE PATIENT'S UNIQUE CONDITIONS AND NEEDS.
If we feel that certain cases go beyond our capabilities, we refer the patient to another colleague who may be more suitable to help. We will never step further then our competence.
In life, as in friendships, we understand that sometimes it just does not connect. So, after your first visit, if you feel that we are not “the right dentist for you”, we are happy to refund 50% of the examination fee as an act of goodwill. We believe that all our patients ought to come happily and spontaneously to share part of their lives with us, leaving positively transformed and impacted by this interaction.
