What happens during a dental exam?
Your dentist will have you complete a health history questionnaire on your first visit. We do a comprehensive examination where all aspects of your oral health will be evaluated. Assess your risk of decay and gum disease, and a careful preventive examination of early signs of oral cancer. We will check your bite and the relation between your jaws looking for any signs of disorder that could lead to more serious conditions including recurrent headaches and migraines. Intra oral radiographies, as necessary, for diagnosis of early interdental carious lesions and/or infiltrations on the current restorations.
